Team building in Milan almost always runs aground on the same rock: the full day. Blocking everyone out from morning to evening means shifting deliveries, skipping the client call, asking parents to rearrange their week, and the plan sits in draft for months. A half day gets approved: you leave the office mid-morning or after lunch, make something with your hands in a real place, and either get back for the last meeting or close with dinner.

What fits into half a day (and what doesn't)
