Do I need a P.IVA (VAT number) to use Handsome?+
No. There are two tiers: Apprentice (no P.IVA, max €5,000/year occasional service) and Maker (with P.IVA, no limits, access to private + B2B workshops).
How is Handsome different from WhatsApp Business?+
WhatsApp handles chat. Handsome handles structured booking flow: real-time calendar, blocked double bookings, automatic deposit, fiscal receipts, foreign customers. You can use both.
