I am Giulia—an art therapist, meditation and mindfulness teacher, and atelierista.Creativity has always been a part of me. Since I was a child, I have found in my hands, in colors, and in raw materials a way to express myself, listen to myself, and give shape to what words sometimes cannot tell. Today, that passion has become the heart of my work and of a continuously growing professional journey. In my workshops, I create small spaces to slow down, breathe, and enjoy the pleasure of creating without judgment and without seeking perfection. These are places where you don't need to "know how to do it"; all it takes is the curiosity to let your hands guide you.I work with clay, watercolor, collage, carded wool, macramé, creative writing, and mixed media, weaving artistic practice with mindfulness, listening, and awareness. I accompany children and adults through creative experiences designed to rediscover a slower pace, the freedom to experiment, and that part of ourselves we often leave behind in daily life.My project is called Nefelibata – l’arte che cura (The Art that Heals). This is because I believe in an art that does not necessarily have to be beautiful or perfect, but authentic. An art capable of welcoming, storytelling, and sometimes, helping us discover something about ourselves we didn't know yet
