About this workshop

This workshop is for you if you:

Have never tried wood carving before but would like to learn the basics using simple techniques and easily accessible tools.

Have found your place in carving and would like to explore and deepen your knowledge of the craft, while meeting other enthusiasts like yourself.

Have never approached this world before but are drawn to the idea of creating your own kitchen utensils using reclaimed wood.

What you'll learn

Il workshop si dividerà in due momenti principali:
· Un primo momento di teoria e di presentazione degli attrezzi e dei materiali, con una cura particolare alla manutenzione e affilatura. · Passeremo poi alla fase di progettazione e design del cucchiaio direttamente sul legno.
· Nel resto del pomeriggio ogni partecipante lo dedicherà alla creazione del suo personale cucchiaio da cucina, utilizzando tecniche e strumenti manuali. In questa fase vi insegnerò metodi e tecniche di intaglio.

Ogni partecipante tornerà a casa con il proprio cucchiaio intagliato e già rifinito, pronto per trovare spazio nella propria casa.

How much do I pay now and how much on site?

You book with €10 per person. The remaining €40 per person you pay to Giovanni Ganzerli on the day of the workshop. The price is all-inclusive.

What happens after I book?

You get the confirmation email right away and you can write to the Maker from the Handsome chat. The phone number appears 24 hours before.

Can I cancel?

Yes, free of charge up to 3 days before: we refund the full €10 per person deposit. After that, the deposit stays with the Maker.
